Follow these straightforward steps to craft a compass in Minecraft Survival Mode.
1. Open the Crafting Menu:
Initiate the process by opening your crafting table, revealing the 3×3 crafting grid.
2. Add Items to Make a Compass:
Within the crafting menu, you’ll find the 3×3 crafting grid. Place 4 iron ingots and 1 redstone dust in the grid to create a compass. Arrange them as depicted in the image below:
- First row: 1 iron ingot in the middle box.
- Second row: 1 iron ingot in the first box, 1 redstone dust in the second box, and 1 iron ingot in the third box.
